As a ThemeForest member you should already be aware that Sellers (Authors) are not required to provide support for their products.

However it is important for me to make sure that every Buyer is satisfied with my products. Therefore I’m providing free support as a good gesture in order for you to get the most out of my products. Please be patient during busy periods. Regretfully I cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins.

Pre-Sale Questions.

The Support helpdesk is only available to verified buyers (purchase code is required to use the helpdesk). If you have any pre-sale question, please use contact form on my themeforest profile page or the product’s comment page.

Average Response Time

I try and answer all questions at the most within 24 hours. Usually tickets are answered much sooner. Thank you for your patience!

Support requests are processed on business days from 8:00 to 17:00 (GMT 0.0) [normally] within 24h (even less) in the order they were received. Support request sent during weekends/holidays will be processed on Monday/the next business day.

Before asking questions

Before asking questions within the support forums, please be sure that you have read the file documentation which came packaged with your download. The documentation covers installation, usage, and often answers the vast majority of questions and is a perfect guide to get started.

Scope Of Support

I do not offer support for customisation or administration of WordPress itself, nor do I provide support for any 3rd party plugins or rectification of issues occurring from using said 3rd party plugins. Support focus on topics like installation and configuration of the theme, usage of theme features and potential bugs fix. Support will not be provided when you want to modify the theme to suit your specific needs or when you want feature ‘X’ to be integrated with the theme.


All my products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Refund claims can be satisfied only if the Product is not as described, or is broken or is corrupt. The deadline for a Buyer making any refund claim is 30 calendar days after purchase and this claim must be made to Envato Support:

We store your personal information like (including but not limited) your name, email and IP address, ThemeForest username and Purchase code etc. collected during processing of support requests safely and confidentially. And the only reasons we can expose it to third-party organizations or individuals are protecting our copyrights, intellectual property, safety, dignity, good name and business reputation.
